Privacy policy

What data we collect

• Contact form and the “Book a walkthrough” form: the data you enter yourself — name, email address, phone and company name (optional), area of interest, preferred time and your message.
• Questionnaire: your answers stay in your browser and are not sent anywhere, unless you ask for the results by email — then we send your email address and a summary of your answers.

For what purpose

We use form data only to reply to your inquiry and continue the conversation about it. We do not use it for mass marketing and we do not sell it to third parties.

Cookies and analytics

The site remembers your chosen language (cookie), theme and your choice in the cookie banner (stored locally in your browser) — this is needed for the site to work the way you set it.

• Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) — measuring visits and inquiries that come from our ads on Meta networks. The script loads from Meta’s server right away, but until you accept it sends no visit data and sets no cookies.

Analytics and marketing cookies load only after you accept them in the banner at the bottom of the page; if you decline, they do not load. You can change your choice by clearing the site data in your browser.

Data processors

We use the following external services:

• Web3Forms — forwards form submissions to our email. Privacy policy.
• hCaptcha — checks that you are not an automated bot when you send a form. Privacy policy · Terms of service.
• Meta Platforms — Meta Pixel, only after consent. Privacy policy.

How long we keep data

We keep the content of your inquiry while the conversation about it lasts and for a reasonable period afterwards, as long as needed for follow-up questions. After that we delete it.

Your rights and data deletion

At any time you can request access to the data we received from you, its correction or deletion. Send the request through the contact form and we will act within a reasonable time.
